It is better to do the job right the first time than to correct mistakes later. Our machining centers equipped with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mastercam.com\/en-us\/Communities\/Blog\/postid\/261\/Corporate-CADCAM-Customization\">Mastercam X7 CAD\/CAM<\/a> software are capable of producing complex geometries. We have always stood by the principle <em>\u201cif we can\u2019t check it we won\u2019t make it\u201d<\/em>. It is important to be able to validate what we make and it has to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Our Revolution 5.5.5 DCC CMM with Renishaw PH20 and Modus Cad v1.4 software spearheads our well-equipped inspection department. Mitutoyo gaging with SPC Quickie provides us with X-bar &amp; R, X moving R and Histogram\/Capability studies.
