Quality with an emphasis on efficiency
We realized defect prevention is more cost effective than having to find and correct defects after they occur. It is better to do the job right the first time than to correct mistakes later. Our machining centers equipped with Mastercam X7 CAD/CAM software are capable of producing complex geometries. We have always stood by the principle “if we can’t check it we won’t make it”. It is important to be able to validate what we make and it has to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Our Revolution 5.5.5 DCC CMM with Renishaw PH20 and Modus Cad v1.4 software spearheads our well-equipped inspection department. Its 5 axis probing has greatly reduced the time it takes to inspect a complicated part.

- Statistical process control is used whenever a drawing requires KCC data or when requested by a customer. Mitutoyo gaging with SPC Quickie provides us with X-bar & R, X moving R and Histogram/Capability studies. It allows real-time data entry, instant calculation and plotting of subgroup points on displayed graphs.
- SPC Quickie gives us a comprehensive analysis of our processes and superior printed reports for the customer.
