Our willingness to invest in new equipment and technology is the key to our success. Investments can’t be limited to machine tools. Investments in quality and business management systems are equally important. Through proper use of these investments, we have successfully implemented a quality management system certified to ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D. We are proud of our commitment in pursuing these certifications. With an intranet of six workstations running Epicor’s® Vista™, an integrated manufacturing and accounting software, we can easily manage all aspects of our business. The use of job travelers that are bar coded and a data collection station on the shop floor enable us to monitor any process being run in real-time. This aids in both scheduling and costing orders effectively. We operate out of a clean, air-conditioned, 10,000 square foot building hosting eleven turning and machining centers. We remain on the cutting edge of technology as each investment both fiscally and in training have made us a better organization.
